4) Principal Accountabilities

Supporting Actions

To provide Relationship and acquire customers for the development of Mortgages - CRE business

  • To implement business strategies that are aligned with the overall goals of the NBFC and aligned to Mortgage business
  • Develop Relationship with Syndication Desk / DCM Teams of Banks and NBFCs for sourcing secured Debt transactions.
  • Develop Relationship with leasing teams and DCM tams in IPCs for sourcing LRD transactions and solicit debt proposals.
  • To lead the formation of partnerships with key stakeholders like PE, Real estate advisory companies, reals estate consultancy , banks and other NBFC , Consultants and other real estate professional organizations, ex- bankers, etc in the real estate sector

  • To analyze the high potential business areas, assess the potential within Group companies

  • To partner with other BANKS/ NBFC for risk participation and other information which helps in market information.

  • To promote cross-selling / up selling of group financial product offerings and utilize them as value differentiators. Home loan business is a big opportunity for creating scale through this channel.

Structuring of deal to meet the internal ABFL risk parameters and Customer requirement

  • Structuring of deal as per internal parameters and suit customer requirements.
  • Understanding of risk parameters associated with project and developer.
  • Managing and developing credit team which is well versed with ABFL risk parameters and market dynamics to suit the requirements of all stake holders.

To drive the development of superior customer value propositions and portfolio

  • To coordinate with risk and operations teams to set up robust, customer friendly loan approval and booking processes and to recommend improvements to operating procedures and technological tools, as needed

To emphasize strict compliance with adherence to Risk, compliance and legal norms

  • To ensure understanding and acceptance of the ABFL credit risk strategies, and ensure that appropriate credit risk parameters are incorporated in proposals.
  • To work with the Central Risk teams to identify risk areas and build processes to mitigate risk, including performance metrics and documented procedures
  • To ensure acceptable asset quality of CRE loans is maintained at all times and there are minimal NPAs to track the delinquencies very closely

  • Manage To periodically review the sales targets with the sales teams to ensure that budgeted targets are met for sales volumes, yields, no. of customers, cross selling, channel led business, etc
  • Managing and developing credit team which is well versed with ABFL risk parameters and market dynamics to suit the requirements of all stake holders.

Portfolio Management

  • Understand local currents happening at market place to take key decisions before any event happens in market place
