We are seeking motivated and innovative professionals for project-based hiring across Finance, Human Resources, and Information Systems. These hires will play a critical role in enabling ABB's business growth and supporting multiple divisions, offering opportunities to contribute to impactful, real-world solutions while restarting your professional journey.
Responsibilities:
Support key functions across Finance / Human Resources / Information Systems aligned with organizational needs
Responsibilities tailored to the candidate's background, skills, and experience to enable meaningful contribution and learning
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and global teams on cross-functional initiatives
Contribute to day-to-day operations while supporting process improvement efforts
Assist in the execution of strategic projects and business initiatives
Analyze data, prepare reports and presentations, and support initiatives that promote operational efficiency and business outcomes
Qualifications:
Prior professional experience in Finance / Human Resources / Information Systems or related functions
0-3 years of career break due to personal, family, academic, or other valid reasons
Educational background in Commerce / Finance / Accounting, Human Resources / Psychology, Business Administration / Management ,Information Systems / IT / Computer Science, or related disciplines.
Determined willingness to upskill and adapt to new tools, systems, and ways of working.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, multicultural environment
Clear communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach, skilled problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
Effective time management, prioritization, and ability to work with initiative and within teams
