Description
We are seeking an experienced ABAP Developer with a focus on Tax Engine integration to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP ABAP programming and experience working with tax compliance solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance SAP ABAP programs and customizations related to the Tax Engine.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform unit testing and assist in integration testing of developed applications.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and requirements through effective programming solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ABAP developments and Tax Engine functionality.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in SAP ABAP programming and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of SAP Tax Engine and its integration with SAP modules.
- Proficiency in ABAP programming language and experience with enhancements and modifications.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards in the context of ERP systems.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of ABAP programs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
