ABAP RICEF Concepts UI5 FIORI Consultant

We are looking for a skilled ABAP RICEF Concepts UI5 FIORI Consultant with 5-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality ABAP programs and SAP UI5 applications that meet business requirements. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF) as per business requirements.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and implement UI5 applications and Fiori apps using SAP Web IDE and other relevant tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ABAP programs and UI5 applications in a timely manner.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards in development.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members and stakeholders.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in ABAP development, with a strong focus on RICEF concepts.
• Proficiency in SAP UI5 and Fiori application development, including experience with SAP Gateway.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI) and their integration points with ABAP.
• Experience with OData services and RESTful APIs for data consumption in UI5 applications.
• Solid knowledge of SAP development tools such as Eclipse, SAP Web IDE, and ABAP Workbench.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
