Description
We are seeking an experienced ABAP EWM Technical Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 8-9 years of experience in SAP ABAP programming and a strong understanding of the Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) module. This role involves designing, developing, and supporting technical solutions within the EWM environment.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing EWM solutions using ABAP.
- Collaborating with functional teams to gather requirements and develop technical specifications.
- Debugging and troubleshooting issues in EWM processes.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation for EWM developments.
- Optimizing existing ABAP code for performance improvements in EWM environment.
- Conducting unit testing and ensuring quality assurance of developed solutions.
- Supporting end-users and providing technical guidance during EWM implementation.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in ABAP programming language.
- Experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) module.
- Knowledge of SAP logistics processes and warehouse management concepts.
- Familiarity with SAP integration technologies such as IDoc, BAPIs, and RFCs.
- Experience in debugging and performance tuning of ABAP programs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
