Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Therapist located in Hosur. The ABA Therapist will be responsible for working closely with children to assess, analyze, and implement effective behavior intervention plans. Key responsibilities include developing personalized therapy strategies following Applied Behavior Analysis principles, conducting one-on-one or group therapy sessions, and collecting data to monitor progress. Collaboration with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of strategies and achieve target goals will also be a core aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding and application of Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis principles
- Background in Psychology, particularly in child psychology
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
- Experience or interest in working directly with children in a therapeutic or educational setting
- Relevant certifications or training in ABA therapy or behavior intervention programs preferred
