We are looking for a professional with a strong commercial mindset and a genuine affinity for architecture and interior design to represent PORCELANOSA in Mumbai. This position is focused on developing long-term relationships with architecture and interior design studios, realestate developers, and building contractors, and on organising presentation meetings and networking events, while ensuring expert guidance and an outstanding customer experience with our products.
In this regard, our representative is expected to generate and manage a sales pipeline of business opportunities in projects of all scales, from specification and quotation to ensuring product purchase by contractors.

Key Responsibilities
Advise architects, designers, and professional clients on products, trends, and technical solutions.
Deliver professional presentations and provide support in the specification of materials for projects.
Generate and manage product specification inquiries, quotation requests, and client needs, ensuring precise, detailoriented service.
Support the organization, maintenance, and presentation of products in studios material libraries.
Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate technical information, product availability, and request follow-up.
Maintain an organized and uptodate database of clients and commercial activities in Salesforce.
Coordinate with and report to the Country Manager of the Group, and organize introductions, business meetings, and technical presentations for brand representatives at architecture and interior design studios.
Profile Requirements
Degree or training in architecture, interior design, or related disciplines.
Experience in sales, customer service, technical consulting, or similar roles within the design or construction sector.
Networking skills and a strategic, salesoriented mindset.
Full professional proficiency in English, written and spoken.
Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and the ability to understand both aesthetic and technical needs.
Organised, dynamic, and responsible individual, committed to delivering a high level of service.
Strong sensitivity to design, trends, and premium materials.
