Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front counter operations and provide professional customer service.
  • Register patients and ensure accurate maintenance of records and documentation.
  • Prepare and process patient-related administrative paperwork.
  • Provide financial counselling and assist with billing-related enquiries.
  • Collect payments and ensure accurate processing of transactions.
  • Perform daily reconciliation of collections and payment records.
  • Handle incoming phone enquiries and provide prompt assistance.
  • Manage email communications and coordinate responses efficiently.
  • Support the team with additional administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Min N/ O/ A Levels/ NITEC/ Higher NITEC/ Diploma in any related course of studies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable customer & patient-facing responsibilities.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passionate about healthcare industry
