- Support day-to-day finance operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and management accounting activities.
- Perform Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL) functions, including billing, collections, account reconciliations, and preparation of financial schedules.
- Assist in cost analysis and monitoring to support business and operational decision-making.
- Support corporate governance and compliance-related finance matters.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve finance-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in finance projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, Accounts Receivable, or General Ledger functions.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
- Meticulous, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems will be an advantage.
