Role Overview

As a Area Sales Manager at Square Yards, you'll own business growth, sales performance, and team leadership across your region. This is a senior role focused on scaling revenue, building strong developer partnerships, and leading high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth

Drive sales targets and revenue growthExpand market presence and onboard new projectsTrack market trends and competition

Team Leadership

Leading a team of Relationship Mangers, ExecutivesLead, mentor, and scale sales teamsSet targets, monitor KPIs, and drive performanceHire, train, and retain top sales talent

⚙️ Operations & Execution

Ensure CRM adoption and sales process efficiencyWork closely and liaisoning with Developer's sales, CRM, Sourcing teamEnsure compliance with RERA and company policies

Customer Experience

Drive transparent and customer-first sales practicesHandle escalations and ensure smooth closures

Skills Required

Experience & Qualifications
