About the Role

As an ASC Compliance Analyst, you will perform end-to-end compliance testing, document support, and government form preparation for complex retirement plan clients, ensuring tax-qualified status and strict compliance with IRS/DOL standards. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Direct, hands-on experience with ASC Compliance Software is strictly required.

Responsibilities

• Compliance & Non-Discrimination Testing: Perform ADP/ACP, 415, top-heavy, coverage, and advanced 401(a)(4) testing for large, complex plans.
• Government Reporting: Prepare and submit Form 5500 packages and related financial schedules.
• Calculations & Corrections: Allocate employer profit-sharing/matching and calculate contribution corrections.
• Data Investigation: Analyze census discrepancies and communicate directly with plan sponsors.
• Technical Support: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and stay updated on IRS/DOL legislative changes.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2 to 10 years in retirement plan compliance testing & contribution allocations.
• Software: 2 to 8 years of direct experience using ASC Compliance software.
• Preferred: ASPPA Certification (e.g., QKA, QPA).
