Job Description

Area(s) of responsibility

Role Responsibilities

  • Plan, initiate, and execute complex and/or multiple infrastructure projects.
  • Support and coordinate international system integrations as part of enterprise initiatives.
  • Coordinate and support email and Office 365 migration activities, including merger-related efforts.
  • Facilitate IT project execution by ensuring quality, completeness, tracking, and reporting of work items across teams.
  • Create, manage, and maintain project charters, schedules, risk management plans, communication plans, budgets, gate reviews, and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with project team members and management to secure required resources and funding.
  • Coordinate work across client, internal, and vendor-based teams.
  • Analyze project performance, including actual versus planned variances.
  • Manage project closing activities, including operational transition planning and execution.
  • Provide project leadership and guidance to support consistent and reliable delivery.
  • Apply standard project management methods and tools to support repeatable delivery.
  • Engage with end users to understand use cases, requirements, and issues.
  • Provide regular status updates and maintain project metrics to ensure transparency.
  • Ensure projects comply with audit and governance requirements.

Technical Qualifications

  • Oberall 12+ years with 4-6 years of IT Infrastructure Project Management experience with successful delivery of multiple projects.
  • Experience supporting infrastructure initiatives such as system integrations, data center projects, server builds, network and storage implementations, cloud solutions, and office technology changes.
  • Strong facilitation skills to support productive team discussions.
  • Experience using Project and Portfolio Management tools (MS Project, SharePoint, etc.).

General Qualifications

  • Understanding of requirements gathering, testing coordination, and release processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and identify project risks.
  • Collaborative team player who works effectively with technical and business partners.
  • Customer‑focused approach with attention to end‑user impact.
