Job Title: Manager – Internal Mobility & HR Business Partner
Role Overview
The Manager – Internal Mobility & HR Business Partner will drive strategic internal talent movement and partner with business leaders to enhance workforce effectiveness. This role focuses on building a strong internal talent marketplace, optimizing resource utilization, and enabling employee growth while aligning HR practices with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
A. Internal Mobility & Talent Matching (70%)
- Design and implement a robust internal mobility and talent matching framework across the organization.
- Drive initiatives to promote internal hiring over external recruitment, minimizing talent leakage and hiring costs.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify reskilling and upskilling opportunities for existing talent.
- Develop and manage an internal talent marketplace/platform to enhance role visibility and capture employee career aspirations.
- Analyze attrition trends and proactively build mobility strategies to retain high-potential employees.
- Track, measure, and report key metrics including internal fill rate, time-to-fill, mobility ratio, and retention impact.
- Prepare and present periodic dashboards on internal talent movement, complemented with Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) demonstrating cost efficiencies and value realization through internal hiring.
B. HR Business Partnering (30%)
- Act as an HR Business Partner for assigned business units, supporting overall people strategy.
- Provide guidance on employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
- Partner with leaders to address employee relations and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Support change management initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals and culture.
Key Requirements
- 7+ years of HR experience with strong exposure to internal mobility and talent management programs.
- Prior experience in BPO/ITES environment preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and program effectiveness.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
