Job Title: Senior Executive - Marketing

Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Senior Executive - Marketing to join our Client Pursuits Team. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong eye for detail, proficient in designing visually compelling PowerPoint presentations and a range of digital and print assets. Your role will be pivotal in harmonizing client decks, enhancing social media design, event branding, and creating slide animation and collateral designs that reflect our brand's excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Design: Design innovative and visually engaging materials for digital and print media, including advertisements, social media graphics, web pages, presentations, and promotional assets, with a focus on the Business Process Management (BPM) industry.
- Industry Compliance & Standards: Ensure all designs align with organizational standards, client requirements, and industry best practices within the Business Process Management (BPM) sector.
- Brand Alignment: Maintain brand consistency across all media by adhering to brand guidelines and contributing to a unified brand identity.
- Concept Development: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to conceptualize and deliver creative ideas that effectively engage target audiences and support business objectives.
- Project Coordination: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery with precision and attention to detail.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with designers, copywriters, stakeholders, and project managers to produce cohesive and impactful designs.
- Industry Insights: Stay informed about design trends, best practices, and emerging developments within the Business Process Management (BPM) industry to continually enhance the quality, efficiency, and impact of creative deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years in graphic design and PowerPoint specialization, with a strong portfolio showcasing PowerPoint designs, marketing collateral, and video projects.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, with experience in animations and transitions.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) added advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools, video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia content creation is a plus.
Design Expertise:
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
- Proven ability to craft visually engaging presentation designs that captivate diverse audiences
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Adaptability to feedback and willingness to collaborate.
