Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter with proven expertise in the Middle East talent market. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of visa processes, labor laws, and recruitment practices across UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. This role requires leadership in driving recruitment strategies, mentoring junior recruiters, and ensuring compliance with regional regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and specialized roles across industries.
- Market Intelligence: Provide insights on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and workforce planning.
- Visa & Compliance Leadership: Oversee visa applications, work permits, and ensure adherence to labor laws in UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and support junior recruiters, enhancing their performance and market knowledge.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Experience Excellence: Drive initiatives to improve candidate engagement and employer branding.
- Data-Driven Reporting: Analyze recruitment metrics, present dashboards, and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead recruiter role.
- Strong expertise in Middle East recruitment and visa processes for UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex hiring projects and senior-level placements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
