About the Role
Shape the software foundation for next-generation Memory, DRAM, LPDDR, CXL and Accelerator platforms. Work on Linux kernel, system software and host enablement powering AI, Cloud and Data Center solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain Linux kernel and system software for next-generation memory and accelerator products.
- Work on kernel memory management including NUMA, HMEM, DAX and page-cache subsystems.
- Develop and optimize device drivers and kernel frameworks for DRAM, LPDDR, PCIe, CXL and other interconnect technologies.
- Build and enhance software stacks for PCIe, CXL and memory expansion technologies.
- Drive platform enablement, ACPI/UEFI integration and board support.
- Analyze, debug and optimize system performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with firmware, hardware, architecture and product teams.
- Contribute to open-source and upstream Linux activities where applicable.

Education details
Required Skills
- Strong Linux kernel development experience
- Expertise in C programming and kernel internals
- Memory management, NUMA, HMEM and DAX knowledge
- Device driver development and subsystem expertise
- PCIe subsystem knowledge
- Kernel debugging and performance tuning
- Experience with x86-64 and ARM platforms
Preferred Skills
- CXL software stack and memory expansion technologies
- DRAM / LPDDR architecture and protocol understanding
- NUMA node architecture and advanced memory technologies
- Virtualization (KVM / QEMU) and cloud infrastructure
- Datacenter-scale systems experience
- RISC-V architecture knowledge
- Rust programming language exposure
- Upstream Linux kernel contributions
- Architectural design and system-level ownership
