Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Manager at Aditya Birla Health Insurance (ABHI) is responsible for enabling the organisation's growth and transformation agenda by ensuring timely availability of high-quality talent across corporate, sales, operations, technology, and specialist functions. The role delivers end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units, aligning hiring outcomes with ABHI's strategic priorities, regulatory environment, and evolving capability requirements within the health insurance ecosystem.

The role acts as a key interface between business leaders, HR Business Partners, and external hiring partners to translate workforce plans into effective sourcing and hiring strategies. It develops a deep understanding of ABHI's operating model, distribution channels, and functional requirements to attract talent with the right mix of domain knowledge, behavioural competencies, and cultural fit. The TA Manager leverages diverse sourcing channels including direct sourcing, employee referrals, job portals, social media, and empanelled vendors, ensuring optimal cost, quality, and speed of hiring.
