Required Technical Skill Set- Oracle CC&B , MDM

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

1. 6 - 8 + years of Experience on Oracle CC&B and MDM.

2. Experience in Config tool such as BO, MO, UI Map, Business script, Groovy scripting, Service Script, BPA script, Zones and Portals

3. Knowledge of C2M/CCB/MDM batches, algorithms and plug in points

4. Extensive knowledge in Java, Groovy, IWS Service, SOAPUI, Scripts, SQL and PL/SQL, Jenkins, WebLogic, VM , Bundles

5. Experience in Solution Design and support.

Good communication Skills

Responsibilities (Technical)

1. Join customer workshop and discuss on the technical requirements.

2. Create technical design document (TDD).

3. Ability to create Integration requirement specification document.

4. Ability to create Integration mapping document.

5. Need to engage with multiple teams from various geography locations (e.g., Integration, DBA, technical, testing)

6. Once it is sign off developed artifacts need to move to production with the help of Admin/DBA team.

7. For support monitoring of tickets through SDM tools

8. Acceptance of tickets from the queue as per the SLA.

9. Based on the merits of the ticket interact with functional user and try for resolution. Based on SLA of the tickets prioritize the tickets and contact different teams.

10. Distribution of tickets in different queues.

11. Interacts with person/team for next level of discussion to help in resolution.

12. Flexible enough to extend service support.
