Performance Marketing & Campaign Operations Manager
Location: Mumbai
Overview:
Lead end-to-end lead-generation campaigns, analytics, tracking, automation, and cross-functional coordination across multiple brands. Hands-on execution, optimization, and reporting ownership required.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage LMS and lead-gen campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn. Optimize for CPL, conversion rate, lead quality, and ROI.
- Run social media boosting (Facebook, Instagram, Reels, Stories): amplify top organic posts, target/retarget audiences, track reach/engagement/CTR/CPL, monthly reports.
- Oversee GA4 & GTM: events, conversions, attribution, user journeys, tracking accuracy; build dashboards and insights.
- Coordinate with brand teams and agencies: briefs, deliverables, timelines, and status reporting.
- Track budgets and daily/monthly spend; support allocation and efficiency.
- Build automation for lead flows, MIS, and notifications (Teams/WhatsApp/Email).
- Liaise with sales team for lead feedback and process onboarding.
- Manage UTM/source standards and attribution across GA4, Meta, and Google Ads.
- Define Power BI/dashboard requirements, validate data sources, and produce leadership reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Marketing/Business/Analytics or similar.
- 4 to 5 years in performance marketing/campaign ops.
- Strong in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, Power BI, Excel/Sheets.
- CRM/lead-management experience, UTM/attribution knowledge, automation familiarity.
- Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in education/EdTech, multi-location lead-gen, and agency management.
