Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager, located in Gurugram. The role involves supporting the sales team in achieving their targets, devising sales strategies, and maintaining effective client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying potential leads, managing client inquiries, analyzing sales performance, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution. The Assistant Sales Manager will also be involved in creating sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and offering client support when required.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
  • Experience with Sales Analytics, Strategic Planning, and Market Research
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with effective time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
