Role Overview:
This role will own and scale the company's organic and paid growth engine, with full accountability for SEO, SEM, and performance marketing outcomes. The individual must combine strategic leadership with hands‑on depth across Google and Meta advertising platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Ownership
- End-to-end ownership of SEO strategy and execution (technical, on-page, off-page).
- Drive sustained growth in organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.
- Work closely with product/tech/content teams to embed SEO best practices.
- Manage SEO agencies with clear performance accountability.
SEM & Performance Marketing
- Lead SEM and paid acquisition across: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Own campaign planning, budget allocation, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative performance.
- Drive improvements in CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and funnel efficiency.
- Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining ROI discipline.
Analytics & Growth Optimization
- Own performance tracking, dashboards, and reporting (GA4, Search Console, ad platforms).
- Ensure strong attribution and conversion tracking frameworks.
- Run structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels.
- Translate data into actionable growth insights for leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Catchment, Media, and Brand teams for amplification and visibility.
- Work with Store Operations and Visual Merchandising for in-store expression.
- Partner with Buying, VAS operations, and Business teams for alignment on commercial objectives.
Team Development and Governance
- Build and lead a high-performing SEO and performance marketing team.
- Set individual KPIs and team objectives aligned to campaign performance and adoption metrics.
- Foster collaboration, feedback culture, and structured reviews across the sub-teams.
- Maintain compliance with Croma brand guidelines and campaign rollout governance.
