Job Title: Python + AI Engineer (7+ Years)

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Python + AI Engineer with strong expertise in building scalable AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Python, machine learning, and modern AI technologies including Generative AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and scalable backend services using Python.
• Work on NLP, Deep Learning, and Generative AI use cases.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for model training and inference.
• Integrate AI/ML solutions with production applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python with experience in frameworks like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning & Deep Learning (TensorFlow / PyTorch).
• Experience in NLP, LLMs, or Generative AI (OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.).
• Good knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and API development (FastAPI/Flask).
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

Good to Have:

• Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
• Knowledge of big data tools (Spark, PySpark).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodology.
