Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of data and analytics programs and projects from planning through deployment and post-implementation review
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues proactively and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth delivery
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations
• Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, BI, and data science teams to align technical deliverables with business requirements
• Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders including finance, marketing, operations, and product teams
• Partner with data governance and architecture teams to ensure compliance with data quality, privacy, and security standards
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure project performance, operational efficiency, and business impact
• Provide regular project updates, dashboards, and status reports to executive leadership and stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Agile, Scrum, Lean, and modern project management methodologies
• Promote automation, process optimization, and efficiency improvements across analytics and data workflows
