Role: Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer

Expirence: 5–7 Years

Location: All EXL Locations (Gurugram preferred )

Key Role and Responsibilities:

o Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud: Data Management & Modeling-Data Stream, Data Lake Object, Data Model, Identity & Segmentation, Calculated Insights

o Basic Understanding of Administration of Salesforce Data Cloud: Managing user roles, permissions, External System Integration

o Proficiency in SQL and RDBMS concepts: Real project experience of writing SQL queries from scratch with good understanding of RDMS concepts to optimize queries as per requirements o Strong in Data concepts for profiling and data object schema design (data modeling)

o Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with CRM, External Teams to design solutions and integrate Data Cloud with enterprise systems.

o Knowledge of Einstein and Agent force related to Data Cloud o Strong troubleshooting skills - ability to trace data issues end-to-end.

Good to Have Skills:

o Work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) data extensions, automations, data views, and Contact/Subscriber model

o Understand the data flow between source systems to build/optimize data pipelines in SFMC osome programming language like python and experience in building/optimizing data pipelines.

o Marketing Domain B2B knowledge and support campaign teams with data preparation, segmentation logic, and audience readiness.

o Nice to have experience in Journey Builder.

o Working knowledge of AMPscript/SSJS
