About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join our Pricing & Product Cost Engineering team. This role is pivotal in driving cost optimization through strategic procurement negotiations and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle commercial negotiations with suppliers to achieve cost-effective procurement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand technical and commercial requirements.
- Analyze SAP data to present actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain accurate documentation.
- Prepare and present reports on team progress, challenges, and achievements to management.
Candidate Profile:
Education: Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Production, Automobile).
Experience: Minimum 5 - 7 years in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Skills:
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Good experience and knowledge in SAP and MS Excel
- Ability to handle large datasets and perform data analysis
- Clear communication and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of finance and costing
