Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Coach teams on Agile principles and ensure adherence to Scrum framework
Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks
Facilitate SAFe-based Program Increment (PI) planning sessions
Remove impediments and ensure smooth workflow for development teams
Coordinate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders for requirement clarity and delivery alignment
Track project progress using Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
Ensure continuous improvement in team velocity and delivery efficiency
Support release planning and delivery management activities
