Shift- Rotational Shift but not completely night shift.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's and/or master's degree in commerce, Finance, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in revenue/sales reporting & analytics, sales planning, forecasting, FP&A, or commercial analytics.
- Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, pivots, structured modeling; Power Query exposure strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert data into business insights.
- Clear communication skills and comfort working with stakeholders across functions.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
Preferred / Nice to have
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- SQL skills and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI/Tableau).
