Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Generative AI professional to join EXL Service at our Noida office. The role involves building and deploying GenAI solutions to solve real business problems using advanced AI/ML techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs (GPT, etc.)
• Build and optimize AI-driven applications, chatbots, and automation workflows
• Work on prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation
• Integrate AI models with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI use cases
• Ensure responsible AI practices, data privacy, and security
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI and AI/ML

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, or Generative AI
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and GenAI frameworks
• Familiarity with tools like OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face
• Understanding of NLP, deep learning, and model deployment
• Experience with API integration and scalable solutions
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Good to Have:

• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Exposure to vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience in chatbot or virtual assistant development
