Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily air-conditioning (ACMV) service, maintenance, and installation schedules
- Coordinate and oversee the daily deployment of other technicians
- Liaise with customers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up on service and project progress
- Prepare quotations, service reports, invoices, and related documents
- Conduct site visits when required
- Coordinate the purchase of materials, spare parts, and equipment
- Monitor inventory and maintain accurate service records
- Provide administrative and operational support to the service team
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Experience in the air-conditioning (ACMV), M&E, facilities management, or related industry is preferred
- Basic knowledge of ACMV systems is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
