Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and integration of cutting-edge 5G NR protocol software. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering robust, high-performance solutions while ensuring top-notch system quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Leading the full software development lifecycle: design, implementation, verification, and integration of 5G NR protocol software.
- Continuously driving system performance improvements with a focus on quality and reliability.
- Overseeing and mentoring development processes, ensuring adherence to software design principles, coding standards, and best practices.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
- Conducting thorough code reviews and providing technical guidance to the development team.
Required Skills And Expertise
- Extensive hands-on experience in LTE/5G NR Layer 2 protocol design, implementation, and optimization as per 3GPP specifications.
- Strong programming and debugging expertise in C/C++.
- Sound knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, UDP, SCTP, and related concepts.
- Proven experience in analysing and debugging gNodeB issues, including log file analysis and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with software development tools like Git for version control and JIRA for project management.
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern software development practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on delivering scalable, maintainable solutions.
