4G LTE Optimization Expert
We're looking for highly skilled and experienced 4G LTE Optimization Experts to join our team. If you have a strong understanding of 4G LTE network technologies, optimization techniques, and troubleshooting methodologies, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Network Performance Optimization: You'll analyze network performance metrics (KPIs) to pinpoint areas for improvement, then optimize network parameters to boost coverage, capacity, and quality of service. You'll also troubleshoot network issues, implement fixes, and conduct drive tests to identify performance bottlenecks.
- Radio Network Planning and Design: You'll contribute to radio network planning and design, including site selection, frequency planning, and antenna configuration. You'll also perform RF propagation modeling and simulations to predict network performance.
- Network Configuration and Maintenance: You'll configure and maintain 4G LTE network elements, such as base stations, core network equipment, and transport networks. Additionally, you'll implement software upgrades and patches to ensure optimal network performance.
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: You'll diagnose and resolve complex network issues, including radio interference, handover failures, and capacity bottlenecks. You'll use network management tools and diagnostic techniques to pinpoint problems.
- Documentation and Reporting: You'll create detailed technical documentation, including network design documents, optimization reports, and troubleshooting reports. You'll also present your findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong understanding of 4G LTE technologies, including LTE-Advanced features.
- Hands-on experience with network optimization tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in using network management systems (e.g., NetAct, OSS).
- Knowledge of RF propagation principles and RF optimization tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 7-8 years of total experience with 4-5 years in LTE.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in 4G LTE technologies (e.g., Nokia, Ericsson).
- Experience with 5G NR technologies.
- Knowledge of network automation and orchestration tools.
