4D BIM Engineer

Responsibilities

•  Create and manage 4D simulations in Synchro and Fuzor for infrastructure projects.

•  Develop basic Revit models to support 4D simulations.

•  Plan and implement upgrade strategies to improve project efficiency.

•  Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.

•  Coordinate effectively with internal teams, consultants, and clients to gather and manage project inputs.

•  Track 4D progress and prepare concise status reports.

•  Ensure all deliverables comply with project standards and client requirements.

•  Able to do post production works (Video editing Softwares would be added advantage)

Qualifications

•  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture

•  Around 5 years of experience in BIM and 4D simulation.

•  Strong proficiency in Synchro, Fuzor, Revit (experience in Premier pro would be advantage)

•  Deep understanding of construction sequencing in infrastructure projects.

•  Excellent coordination and communication skills.

•  Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple deadlines efficiently.
