Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles (technical & non-technical)
• Understand job requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
• Screen and evaluate candidates through interviews, assessments, and background checks
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the ATS or internal database
• Foster positive candidate experiences and employer branding
• Support employer branding initiatives and attend job fairs/career events as needed

• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 1–4 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (agency or in-house)
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (foundit, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong decision-making and negotiation skills

• Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Experience in hiring for multiple industries or high-volume roles
