Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and deploying automation workflows using industry-standard tools.
• Analyze business and operational processes to identify opportunities for automation.
• Collaborate with business, clinical, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation including process flows, test cases, and user guides.
• Participate in testing, validation, and monitoring of automated processes to ensure accuracy and performance.
• Provide support for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to automation solutions.
• Assist in training team members and stakeholders on automation tools and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards in all automation activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in automation, RPA, or software development.
• Knowledge of automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and process improvement frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
