YOUR IMPACT AREA
The Graphic Designer plays a key role in shaping the brand's visual identity across all marketing and sales touchpoints. By delivering consistent, high-quality design across digital, print, and on-ground platforms, the role supports marketing effectiveness, sales enablement, and strong brand recall. Through close collaboration with internal teams and partners, the designer ensures timely execution while upholding premium design standards and contributing to long-term brand equity.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- Bachelors or Master's degree of Marketing from a top India/ International University
- Experience in the luxury marketing industry, preferably in real estate/ hospitality function
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office products, tools and utilities for business use
- International education or international work exposure is preferred
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
- Develop high-quality visual assets across digital and print platforms including social media, websites, brochures, presentations, hoardings, emailers, and sales collaterals.
- Translate brand guidelines into compelling creatives while maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.
- Design creatives for performance marketing, social media calendars, events, and on-ground activations.
- Create layouts, infographics, illustrations, and visual narratives that align with campaign objectives.
- Adapt and resize creatives for multiple formats and platforms while ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Work with external vendors, printers, and production partners to ensure timely and high-quality output.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback efficiently.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the brand's visual identity.
- Ensure all creatives adhere to brand, legal, and quality standards before release.
