Job Description

5+ years of experience supporting a 3PL in a live warehouse/distribution center environment (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder/JDA, FDM4 or similar).
Solid understanding of core warehouse operations and order journey: receiving, put-away, replenishment, wave planning, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting.
Experience with 3 PL WMS integrations to OMS, TMS, or ERP systems and understanding of interface/event-driven data flows (e.g., EDI, APIs, message queues).
Working knowledge of SQL for data investigation and reporting (able to write and modify queries independently).
Demonstrated ability to work directly with warehouse floor staff and translate operational issues into clear, actionable system requirements.
Strong communication skills — able to explain technical issues to non-technical operations staff and operational context to technical teams.
Experience supporting peak-season volume events (e.g., holiday retail surge).
