Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented 3D Visualizer with strong experience in workplace and corporate interiors to create high-quality, realistic visualizations for office environments. The role focuses on translating design intent into compelling visuals that support client presentations, design development, and approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create photo-realistic 3D renders and walkthroughs for workplace interiors
- (offices, managed workspaces, collaboration areas, cabins, meeting rooms)
- Interpret 2D drawings, space plans, and design concepts accurately in 3D
- Develop realistic lighting, materials, textures, furniture systems, and finishes
- Coordinate closely with interior designers to ensure design accuracy and brand alignment
- Implement client and internal feedback within tight timelines
- Maintain consistency in render quality, detailing, and workplace standards
- Support design pitches and client presentations with impactful visuals
Required Skills & Software:
- Proficiency in 3ds Max with Corona
- Strong knowledge of workplace furniture systems, partitions, ceilings, lighting
- Working knowledge of SketchUp (preferred)
- Proficiency in Photoshop for post-production
- Good understanding of corporate interior materials and detailing
Experience & Profile:
- 3+ years of experience in workplace / corporate interior visualization
- Strong sense of scale, proportion, lighting, and realism
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for design and execution accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
