Why

Everyone worries about the dooms-day in climate change which is expected to occur in the 2050s. However, there's one doom's day which is the reality for millions of people around the world today. Air pollution takes more than 7 Million lives globally every single year. Over 5% of premature children death occur due to air pollution in developing countries. Everyone has relied on governments or experts to solve the problem, but most solutions up until today have either been too expensive or too ineffective. Praan is an attempt at making the future cleaner, healthier, and safer for the generations to come. Conceptualize and develop compelling storyboards and cinematic narratives for current and future product ecosystems.

Job Description

• Create high-quality 3D visuals and animations that are mission-based visuals for impact delivered by existing products and help explain the implementation of the future products.
• Build mission-driven visual content that communicates the real-world impact of Praan's solutions and helps audiences understand future innovations.
• Design immersive 3D assets and experiences for digital products, software platforms, interactive applications, and user interfaces.
• Develop engaging visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, media outreach, investor communications, and public events.
• Explore and implement innovative visualization techniques, workflows, and emerging technologies to continuously raise the quality of output while maintaining consistency with Praan's visual identity, ensuring alignment across typography, color systems, imagery, and motion language.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining exceptional creative and technical standards.
• Suggest and implement best practices and optimizations throughout visualization & animation projects.
• Collaborate with other designers and animators using software such as 3Ds Max, After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D etc. to deliver a robust final visualization & animation.
• Present concepts, mood boards, storyboards, and iterative drafts to internal teams and stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.

Skill Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in computer animation, 3D/graphic design, fine arts or a related field
• Strong portfolio of 3D product visualization and motion work, including rendered animations and composited video
• Hands-on proficiency in at least two 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, KeyShot, Unreal Engine, Unity or any parallel software) and the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for detail, composition, motion, and aesthetics
• Strong understanding of modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, animation, and visual storytelling
• Strong communication and presentation skills
