Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and creative 3D Visualizer with strong experience in producing high-quality, photorealistic interior and exterior visualizations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in modeling from scratch and a keen eye for detail, particularly within luxury residential or commercial projects.
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 3D models from scratch based on design concepts, drawings, and references.
- Develop high-quality, photorealistic interior and exterior renders with accurate lighting, textures, and materials.
- Work closely with designers and architects to interpret design intent and translate it into compelling visual outputs.
- Apply advanced rendering techniques to achieve realistic finishes and detailing.
- Perform post-production enhancements using Photoshop to refine final outputs.
- Ensure timely delivery of visual assets while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max
- Strong working knowledge of Google SketchUp
- Expertise in V-Ray and Corona Renderer
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for post-processing
- Mandatory experience in modeling from scratch
Qualifications:
- 23 years of proven experience as a 3D Visualizer.
- Demonstrated experience working on luxury interior and/or exterior projects.
- Background in Interior Design or Architecture is preferred.
- Strong understanding of materials, lighting, composition, and detailing.
