Role Description This is a full-time, on-site 3D Visualizer role based in Kochi. The 3D Visualizer will create high-quality 3D visualizations of residential projects, including interior and exterior views, based on architectural plans and design briefs. Responsibilities include developing detailed models, applying realistic materials and lighting, and producing renders, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals for clients and internal teams. The role involves collaborating with architects, designers, and project managers to refine concepts, incorporate feedback, and ensure visual outputs accurately represent design intent and project specifications. The 3D Visualizer will also maintain an organized library of assets and stay current with visualization tools, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong 3D Visualization skills with the ability to translate architectural drawings into realistic visual outputs.
• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design tools to create compelling presentations, mood boards, and visual collateral.
• Solid understanding of Lighting techniques for realistic interior and exterior renders, including natural and artificial light setups.
• Drawing and sketching ability to quickly communicate design ideas, concepts, and layout options.
• Experience with industry-standard 3D and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar).
• Attention to detail, strong aesthetic sense, and the ability to work with brand and design guidelines.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in residential or architectural visualization is an advantage.
