Position: 3D Visualizer
Location: BTM 2nd Stage, Bengaluru
Experience: 2–3 Years (Minimum)
Qualification:Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) – Mandatory
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)
About the Role
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer with experience in Luxury Villas, Residential Projects, Farmhouses, or Premium Residential Developments. The candidate should be capable of creating high-quality 3D visualizations, architectural renders, and presentation materials while working closely with architects and interior designers.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D architectural and interior visualizations.
- Develop realistic renders for villa and residential projects.
- Prepare architectural models, walkthroughs, and presentation views.
- Interpret architectural drawings and convert them into accurate 3D models.
- Work on exterior and interior visualization projects.
- Coordinate with design and architecture teams to meet project requirements.
- Ensure all designs are prepared with accurate measurements in Feet & Inches.

- Photoshop (Preferred)
- Knowledge of architectural detailing and residential design standards.
- Strong understanding of Feet & Inches measurement system.
- Rendering, lighting, materials, and post-production skills.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) – Mandatory
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer.
- Experience in Luxury Villas, Residential Projects, Farmhouses, or Premium Residential Developments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing architectural and interior renderings.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
