Who Are We
Raptee.HV is a full- stack electric motorcycle startup with a very strong technical moat, founded in 2019 by four engineers from Chennai (Ex Tesla, Wipro), working on bringing a no-compromise upgrade motorcycle to an otherwise scooter- only EV market. Raptee is incubated at CIIC & ARAI.
Role Overview
Oversee all 3D printing operations at RapteeHV. Manage printers for EV prototyping, parts production, and quality support. Drive efficiency in a fast-paced startup environment.
What You'll Do
- Operate printers: setup, monitor, post-process to ensure zero downtime.
- Manage filament/resin inventory; track usage and report costs.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform maintenance and calibrations.
- Optimize CAD files, prioritize queues, collaborate on prototypes.
Who Can Apply
- Knowledge in 3D printing or additive manufacturing.
- Expert in slicers (Cura), CAD (Fusion 360), materials.
- Process improvement skills (Kaizen preferred).
- Skilled in technical troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Organization for scheduling and reporting.
