Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced 3D Design Team Leader to lead our 3D design team and oversee the quality and timely delivery of residential interior design projects. The role requires strong design expertise, team management skills and hands-on knowledge of 3D visualization.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the 3D Design Team.

•Allocate projects and monitor design timelines.

•Review and maintain quality of 3D models and renders.

•Guide the team on design, materials, lighting and detailing.

•Ensure designs follow company standards and client requirements.

•Coordinate with 2D, Design, Sales and Execution teams.

•Handle design revisions and ensure timely delivery.

•Train and mentor junior designers.

•Manage multiple projects and ensure smooth workflow.

•Photoshop

•Enscape

•MS Office

•Strong knowledge of residential interior design, materials, furniture and lighting.

•Excellent 3D visualization and presentation skills.

•Strong team management, communication and problem-solving skills.

•Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications

•Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture.

•4–6 years of relevant experience in 3D interior design.

•Minimum 1–2 years of team-handling/leadership experience preferred.

•Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality residential interior 3D designs and renders.
