Job Responsibilities:
- Create 3D interior designs for residential projects.
- Prepare detailed working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop 3D models and realistic renders using SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar software.
- Coordinate with architects, site engineers, and clients.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting as per project requirements.
- Visit project sites to verify dimensions and monitor design execution.
- Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of drawings and design documents.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in residential interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, and MS Office.
- Good knowledge of space planning, material selection, and working drawings.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
