Job Title:3D Graphic Designer

Role Summary:

We're looking for a talented 3D Visual Designer to craft compelling visual identities for events. You'll create engaging event visuals, stages, and exhibitions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact 3D designs that meet brand and client expectations. The ideal candidate will bring event themes to life through unique design elements, ensuring visual impact and brand consistency..

Role in the Organization:

The 3D Visual Designer works closely with the creative and production teams to shape the visual narrative of each event. This position plays a key role in defining the look and feel that aligns with client vision and elevates the event's aesthetic impact.

Key Responsibilities:

designing and developing 3D concepts

Image Enhancement- Utilize Photoshop

creating various design layouts and concepts for projects with CAD tools

Discussing project timelines and progress with the internal team

Executes and delivers graphic assets that both fit the clients requirement as well as amplify the brand's message through creative design

Proficient in the use of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)

Creating 3D booth designs from architectural plans, rough sketches or real life objects using special rendering software.

Enhancing images and adding special effects creatively.

Applying textures and providing appropriate lighting techniques to the models.

Creating 3D walk-throughs and fly-through in artistic fields.

Delivering Design Visualization & Presentation Projects to clients.

Working with art and creative teams to select audio, video, colours, animation, etc. for graphic design

Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

Developing a concept for the Stall Design and Fabrication

Prepare the Graphics Data as per Design

Good time management & organizational skills.

Having a keen eye for detail

Ability to offer customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Experience:

o7 years+ of experience in graphic design, ideally within events or experiential marketing.

Skills:

oProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

o3D Modelling & Rendering (3ds Max, Sketch Up, Auto CAD).

oStrong conceptual and visual ideation skills, with a keen eye for detail and layout.

oAbility to take a client's vision and translate it into visually compelling graphics that align with the event's objectives and theme.

Education:

oBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.

Additional Skills:

oStrong communication skills to present ideas effectively and work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

oUnderstanding of design trends and the ability to adapt designs to different event themes and audience preferences.
