Role Description As a 3D Graphic Designer at Abybaby Events Private Limited, you will create high-quality 3D visuals and graphics to support branding, marketing, and event-related projects. You will be responsible for developing 3D concepts, modeling event setups, exhibition stalls, stages, and brand installations, and preparing detailed mock-ups and renders for client presentations. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the creative and client-servicing teams, refining designs based on feedback, and ensuring that all 3D outputs align with brand guidelines and project objectives. You will also optimize designs for production and on-ground execution, coordinating with vendors or production teams as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata.

Qualifications

• Strong 3D Design and 3D Modeling skills, with the ability to create detailed, realistic event and brand environments.
• Proficiency in Lighting and Animation to enhance visual appeal and effectively present concepts and walkthroughs.
• Solid Graphic Design skills to align 3D work with overall brand identity, layouts, and visual communication goals.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard 3D and design software (e.g., 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
• Ability to interpret briefs, work under deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior experience in events, exhibitions, experiential marketing, or agency environments is an advantage.
