You'll be our: 3D Generalist Intern

You'll be based at: IBC Knowledge Park, Bengaluru/Ather Hosur Factory/Other city name

You'll be aligned with: 3D Visualisation

You'll be joining our: Industrial Design team

What you'll do at Ather

Convert existing CAD models from nurbs to high-quality quad-based Sub D

models for usage in media and films

Strong technical understanding of Retopology, Edge flow, loops, topology,

bevels, clean geometry, and Subdiv Methods.

Understanding of UV Mapping and the ability to create clean, efficient UV

islands with minimal distortion.

Ability to work with industrial designers to come up with solutions and

concepts for vehicles, components, and accessories.

Good understanding of shapes, forms, and surfaces, from big shapes to

smaller details.

Understanding of PBR material workflow and rendering methods is a plus.

Here's what we're looking for

Passionate and Curious to solve design-related problems

Proficiency in any of the 3D subdiv modeling packages (any: Blender, C4D,

Maya)

Sketching/modeling concepts and presenting them to the team.
