Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a 3D Exhibition Stall Designer. The role involves conceptualizing and designing exhibition stalls that reflect Bastian Hospitality's brand aesthetics and functional requirements, from initial sketches to final 3D renderings. The designer will collaborate closely with marketing, branding, and operations teams to translate creative briefs into visually engaging, practical exhibition stall layouts for trade shows , events and pavilion designs. Day-to-day tasks include developing 3D renders, preparing detailed drawings and presentation boards, coordinating with vendors and fabricators for execution if required, and refining designs based on feedback and budget constraints. The role also requires maintaining design quality and consistency across different brand concepts and ensuring timely delivery of design assets for various exhibitions and brand activations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Exhibit Design skills with experience in exhibition stall layouts.
• Candidates should possess 3D Design skills, including proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or similar tools).
• Candidates should possess Interior Design skills relevant to trade shows or exhibition spaces, with an understanding of materials, lighting, and functional circulation.
• Candidates should possess Graphics skills for basic visual communication, branding integration, and presentation-ready design boards.
• Candidates should possess Drawing skills, including hand sketching and technical drawing, to quickly visualize concepts and prepare detailed plans.
• Diploma or degree in Exhibition Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related design discipline is preferred though optional
