We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Elevation & Interior Designer to design attractive residential elevations and interiors. The candidate should be able to convert client ideas into practical and visually appealing home designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design 3D elevations for residential buildings (villas, individual houses, apartments)
- Create interior design concepts for home spaces (living room, kitchen, bedroom, etc.)
- Prepare 2D layouts and detailed drawings
- Work on 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization
- Understand client requirements and preferences
- Suggest materials, colors, lighting, and furniture layouts for homes
- Make design changes based on client feedback
- Ensure timely delivery of design projects
Required Skills
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp / 3ds Max
- V-Ray / Lumion / Photoshop
- Strong creativity and visualization skills
- Knowledge of residential space planning
- Good communication skills
