Motion + 3D Designer
Location: Remote | Schedule: 6 days/week, 9 hrs/day

What you'll do
- Create high-impact motion, 3D, and animated content for our website, campaigns, and product launches.
- Translate complex ideas into visuals that move - literally - using strong design sense, rhythm, and storytelling.
- Own projects end-to-end: concept, storyboard, animation, polish.
- Collaborate closely with designers and engineers to bring the Trao brand to life across every touchpoint.
What you'll bring
- A sharp eye for motion, 3D, and design - and a portfolio that proves it.
- Mastery of After Effects (or equivalent), comfort in Figma, and working knowledge of Cinema 4D / Blender / Houdini.
- Deep understanding of timing, easing, and composition.
- Taste. Obsession with pixel-perfect detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects calmly, clearly, and fast.
- Passion for craft - you love making things that look and feel the best in the world.
